Q: Do you offer refunds for digital products?
A: Because of the digital nature of my products (meaning you get instant access!), all sales are final and non-refundable. If you’re unsure about something before purchasing — like file type, size, or usage — feel free to email me at hello@blossomandbitestudio.com and I’ll be happy to help you decide if it’s a good fit for your needs.
Q: Can I share this with my friends or coworkers?
A: I love that you want to share — but each download is for one personal user. Please send them the link so they can grab their own copy (some are even free!).
Q: Can I use this in my classroom, therapy sessions, or client work?
A: Right now, my downloads are for personal use only. If you’re interested in a group or commercial license, just email me and we can work something out!
Q: Can I edit or change the file?
A: Not unless the listing says it’s editable. You may not remove branding or rework the design into your own product or template.
Q: Can I print this at Staples or another shop?
A: Yep! You can print at home or at a local print shop for your own personal use — just don’t resell or distribute the printed copies.
Q: I downloaded the file but it won’t open — help!
A: First, double-check that the file fully downloaded. Most of my printables and planners are in PDF format, so make sure you’re opening it with a compatible app — like Adobe Acrobat Reader on desktop or a planner-friendly app like GoodNotes, Notability, or Xodo if you’re using a tablet.
If it’s a digital planner with clickable tabs or interactive fields, it won’t work properly in your browser preview — you’ll need to open it in one of the apps above.
